This company has a manufacturing plant situated next to Head Office, which this role will support.
This role will take on a full HR generalist responsibility for a number of key projects in supporting the newly appointed HR Director.
By looking at retention, culture, governance and capability you will work closely with the business to develop the HR function.
Initially on a 6 month contract, there may be opportunities to extend or convert to permanent employment.
In order to be a great fit for this role it is likely you’ll live in the Northern Beaches due to the location of this company. You will also be available to start a new role ASAP and be a well rounded HR generalist. A proactive, pragmatic and commercial approach is essential.
