An exciting new opportunity for a capable HR Business Partner to join a large, global business with offices based in Sydney CBD. Working closely with the Tech client group your areas of concentration will primarily sit within the E.R & WHS space! You will have the opportunity to lead on a number of strategic projects throughout the contract. This role is a 6 month contract.
Reporting directly to a Head of HR and supporting employees across all business units, this role will encompass all generalist activities as well as supporting the embedding of initiatives and support client groups with all change management initiatives.
To be successful in securing this role, you must have proven HR Business Partnering experience in ideally a complex business environment which has undergone change. The successful candidate must possess excellent relationship building and management skills. You must possess at least 4 years generalist experience to be considered for this role.
