Reporting directly to the Head of HR, the primary purpose of this role is to analyse current compensation and benefits practices, conduct reviews and complete corrective actions to support the broader business goals. A large component of the role will be to conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations for the business and you will participate in strategic remuneration initiatives including analysis of data for strategic decision making.
To be considered for this position, you will have around 2-3 years experience in HR or Remuneration/Analytics. Ideally, you will have experience in reviewing and implementing compensation plans. You must have strong analytical skills including proficient use of Excel. It is essential that you have effective communication and have strong communication skills.
