A temporary opportunity now exists for a HR Advisor to join a fast paced organisation starting ASAP.

Reporting directly to the Head of HR, this role will manage systems and support all generalist HR activities including ad hoc HR related projects. Responsibilities will include managing the on boarding process for all new starters. You will have overall responsibility of managing the changes of employees details, organisational structure and reporting on the performance management system and updating spreadsheets when required. You will assist with recruitment across the organisation from writing job advertisements to arranging interviews. You will be the main point of contact for all HR related queries across the business.
To be considered for this role you will have at least 3 years experience in an HR related role with strong numerical and data entry skills. You must have previous stakeholder management experience and be an avid communicator You must have a HR related degree to be considered for this position.
