This leading research organisation is going through cultural change and investing in HR technology and process improvements. Based in the Eastern suburbs, the company provides strategic and innovative solutions on a national scale and they are looking for an HR Business Partner to join their team to assist with a number of strategic projects.
Reporting directly to the COO you will be responsible for providing HR generalist and project support to your team. You will also be responsible for coaching managers on all employee relation matters and act as a point of contact for HR queries. You will provide advice and information to staff on policies including interpretation of awards and agreements. You will liaise with managers on all training and development requirements. There is also an element of administration in this role.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years experience in HR. You will need to have a solid understanding of HR projects and be a capable HR contractor that can provide the full remit of generalist support. Ideally you will have experience using Chris 21. You must be available immediately to be considered for this role.
