Reporting directly to a performance driven Head of HR, this position is responsible for the delivery of HR Business Partnering solutions and building the people and leadership capability across the state. You will focus on the delivery of performance accountability, employee relations, leadership capability and engagement. There will be a large component of operational management where you will support leaders to actively manage performance and increasing their capability. In addition there will be projects that you will help lead with a long term opportunity to develop strategic skills.
To be considered for this role you must be an exceptional HR Business Partner with a strong background in transforming operational HR capability. You must be a collaborative HR professional who is engaging and approachable with strong commercial acumen. Ideally you will have a breadth of experience across large blue-chip commercial businesses – particularly professional services.
