Our client is a fast growing, global business and they are seeking a People & Culture Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious junior HR professional. This role is based in Northmead and you will be required to start immediately. This role is a contract role for around 2-3 months initially with potential to go permanent. On-site parking is available for all employees.
Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing effective HR administration services across all departments. Duties will include providing advice to managers and employees on HR related procedures as well as liaising with external bodies. You will manage the administration processes on employment contracts, visas, starters and leavers and employee transfers. You will coordinate training courses and ensure accurate recording of all courses. You will assist in producing HR reports and assist with the recruitment process too.
To be successful in this role you will need to have some experience within an HR role. You must be able to show initiative, and you’ll have strong stakeholder engagement skills. To be considered for this role, you must be immediately available to start.
