This financial services organisation is currently experiencing a period of substantial growth and requires a HR Business Partner to oversee 2 client groups of around 160 employees. The team has a major focus on customer advocacy and a highly engaged workforce.
Reporting directly to the General Manager of HR, this is very much a generalist position with an opportunity to contribute to the embedding of the HR strategy. A large component to this role will be to build and strengthen the capability of the business unit. There will opportunity provide expert advice and guidance to all employees, manage complex ER cases and assist with the implementation of strategic initiatives.
To be successful in this position you will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional with around 5 years+ experience of working in a generalist capacity that involved building the capability of your employees. You must be available immediately to be considered for this role.
