Our client, a well-established and esteemed global professional services firm, is currently seeking a strong HR Business Partner with previous experience in a similar role, to join them in a permanent capacity. Reporting into Head of HR, you will be responsible for supporting a client group in a true business partner role. Working with the leadership team and a high number of partners your areas of responsibility will include the development of the company’s culture, talent management, organisational development, dealing with transformation change management, employee relations’ issues, as well as assessing learning needs. You will be part of a wider HR team that is already well regarded by the business and has some exceptional functional experts. Working closely with them will ensure your ability to constantly get the best outcomes for your clients.
You must be degree qualified with proven capability and experience of 5+ years at a senior business partnering level. You will need to be comfortable combining operational hands-on work with strategic projects. Previous experience of working in a professional services environment will be highly regarded.
