This role will manage end to end HR generalist duties and support ad hoc HR related projects. You will have overall responsibility for providing key advice on employee relations, talent management and recruitment, induction and on boarding, salary review and market insights. The role incorporates a wide breadth of responsibility enabling the right individual to help drive growth strategies from a people perspective. To be considered for this role you must have 3-5 years experience in a generalist HR role with excellent up to date knowledge of employment legislation preferably within a large blue chip business. You must be able to work at a fast paced and have excellent attention to detail with excellent academic record in tertiary HR qualifications.
