Operating across Australia and New Zealand, this evolving professional services organisation is currently experiencing a period of change and requires a HR Business Partner to provide support across all client groups. With over 300 employees nationally, they have a major focus on customer advocacy and offers an individual the opportunity to join a high achieving and collaborative team.
Reporting directly to an HR Lead, you will develop HR strategy and manage operational programs such as performance and salary reviews. This position has a generalist focus and responsibilities will include providing advice to managers and employees on HR related issues such as career development, recruitment and implementing policies and procedures. There will be an ER component to this role which will involve working with legal to provide ER advice from and HR perspective and you will be responsible for reviewing the gaps of compliance for the business.
To be successful in this position you will be a highly motivated HR Business Partner with around 5 years’ experience of working in a generalist capacity. It is essential that you have experience in employee relations and strong experience on leading change management projects. Ideally you will be available at short notice to be considered for this role.
