OD Manager

THE ORGANISATION
This growing organisation is renowned for their ethics, commitment and quality they provide to their clients. Due to a transformation and changes within the business, there is now a need for an experienced Organisational Development Consultant to join a highly collaborative P&C team. 
 
THE ROLE
Reporting directly to a Head of HR, you will work within a small team of talented and driven HR professionals whilst supporting over 700 employees. Responsibilities will include contributing to the D&I strategy and roll out the initiatives. You will roll out the employee engagement survey and provide data and insights to key stakeholders across the business well as roll out the employee recognition program. 
 
THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role you will need to be a seasoned Organisational Development professional. You must be a self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running with a positive attitude and will have ideally worked within a corporate environment that has experienced a period of change. You must be immediately available to be considered for this position.
