The Role
As the Learning and Development Manager, you will lead a high-performing Learning and Development team, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of various learning and development programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
Reporting to the Head of Talent and Capability, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy, conducting needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training opportunities across the organisation
You will oversee the design, development, and delivery of a wide range of L&D programs, including technical and soft skills training, ensuring various learning methodologies, including e-learning, classroom training, workshops, and on-the-job training are utilised.
This role will require regular travel to offices in Cooma and the regions
The Candidate
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional with a demonstrated experience in designing, developing, and implementing effective L&D programs. You will have a proven track record in leading and managing a team of L&D professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
You will possess strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire employees
