The HR team is our greatest asset, and we are seeking an experienced Industrial Relations Specialist to help maintain a harmonious and legally compliant workplace.
THE ROLE
As an Industrial Relations Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing employee relations cases and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and developing strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
You will handle and resolve workplace disputes, grievances, and disciplinary issues with fairness and efficiency as well as ensure organisational practices adhere to labor laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will prepare reports on employee relations metrics and trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
THE CRITERIA
To be considered for this role you must be an experienced IR Specialist who can manage multiple complex ER and IR issues and understand the industrial landscape. You must have the confidence to liaise with unions as well as stakeholders across the business.
Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
