THE ORGANISATION
This fantastic client, a key national employer is seeking an Interim Head of Remuneration to oversee its compensation strategy during a pivotal period of organisational change.
THE ROLE
You will report directly to the GM of Reward, supporting the region. Key focus of the role will include supporting the executive remuneration programs, ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and governance requirements in all aspects of reward and provide expert advice to the leadership team on executive compensation and benchmarking.
THE CRITERIA
To be considered for this position you must be an experienced remuneration professional. It is essential that you have experience within executive remuneration and ideally familiar with Workday. You must have excellent stakeholder management skills.
