THE ORGANISATION
Our client are an Australian private sector organisation with several different entities under the one umbrella. Their head office is based in Sydney, with several locations across Australia. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Manager to join them contract basis to start ASAP.
THE ROLE
The HR Manager, will provide end to end generalist support across the business, partnering closely with business leaders across all aspects of HR. Reporting to the EGM, you will partner with the business to add value and achieve business goals. Your daily responsibilities will revolve around providing expert advice, guidance, and training to all managers on HR matters. You will have operational, senior management and leadership experience across the entire employee lifecycle, as well as across OHS/RTW, learning and development and rosters. You will lead and manage enterprise agreement negotiations and industrial relations functions.
THE CRITERIA
The successful applicant will have exposure to working in a blue collared environment. You will also be able to demonstrate strong employment law knowledge and be confident managing an employee relations case load. You will have excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. You will be given true accountability and will work with transparency and discretion.
