THE ROLE
Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Advisor will deliver strategic and operational human resources support to achieve business goals.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Implementation of performance management, talent management, and succession planning programs and activities.
- Coaching managers on Industrial Relations and Employee Relations matters.
- Partnering with managers to implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Coordinating recruitment, assessment, and selection processes for salaried roles.
- Leading the implementation of change management initiatives.
- Building service capability and driving employee engagement across the business.
THE CRITERIA
To excel in this role, you will have:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) advisory roles.
- Proven capability in working closely with senior leadership to implement effective HR strategies.
- Strong understanding of IR and employee relations, with the ability to navigate complex workplace issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships within the team and across the organisation.
- Experience in hospitality, banking, insurance, or financial services.
- A HR qualification or similar is highly desirable.
