This is an ideal role for someone who is currently looking to take the next step to heading up a Remuneration function in a larger ASX with strong Executive Remuneration.
THE ORGANISATION
Our client is a leading Australian business with a global presence. From developing products, supply chain and putting food products on the table. It is a business that is growing through innovation and acquisitions. With around 3,000 staff globally although this does fluctuate in peak seasons, the business is continuing to evolve and diversify in products and exports.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, based in Sydney, this is a stand alone role focusing on executive remuneration, board and remco. interaction and reporting as well as all the governance and systems relating to remuneration. You will review all aspects of executive compensation, including salary, variable compensation (STI and LTI schemes), equity programs, market data analysis, broad market research and budget management. This role in the future may require building out the function to bring all levels of remuneration into the one team.
THE CRITERIA
To succeed in this role you will be degree qualified and ideally have a blend of in-house and consultancy experience. Experience in an ASX listed company with previous board interaction experience
