This dynamic team is looking for an ER Business Partner on a 12-month contract to cover a parental leave. THE ROLE
As an ER Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in supporting this employee relations function. You will work closely with managers and employees to resolve issues, ensure compliance with company policies, and drive initiatives that promote a positive and productive work environment. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on ER matters, including conflict resolution and performance management. You will investigate and address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner and collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to employee relations across the organisation.
THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in an ER or HR role, with a strong understanding of employment law and best practices You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships. You must have proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
