THE ROLE
The purpose of this 3 month contract is to assist the team with leading on BAU DEI activities across the organisation. This part-time position involves working closely with leadership to develop and execute initiatives that promote a culture of equity and inclusion across the organisation.
Responsibilities will include running and leading on all DEI events, conducting DEI training and workshops for employees to enhance awareness and skills as well as act as a point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support on DEI-related matters.
A large part of the role will be to roll out the engagement survey and employee recognition program.
THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role, you must be an experienced DEI practitioner that is is highly experienced in rolling out engagement surveys and employee recognition programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communications and be able to establish excellent stakeholder relationships quickly.
