As they embark on an exciting period of growth, they are looking for a passionate Culture Lead to join the team for a six-month fixed-term contract.
THE ROLE
As the Culture Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing organisational culture. You will work closely with leadership and employees to create an engaging environment that aligns with their core values and business objectives. Your expertise will help in cultivating a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
You will develop and implement culture initiatives that promote engagement, diversity, and well-being. You will collaborate with HR and leadership to assess cultural health and identify areas for improvement as well as monitor and analyse employee feedback and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
THE CRITERIA
You must have proven experience in culture development, risk and safety with ideally experience of working in a consulting capacity. To be successful in this role you will have proven ability to influence at the CEO and board level and thrive in an outcomes driven and ambiguous environments.
Strong data and analytical skills with expertise in culture diagnostics will be a key to your success.
