How can you stay focused when everything around us is changing so rapidly?

Here we are again….. but somehow this lockdown feels different: the novelty has worn off and this time around it feels a little more challenging. Now is the time we really need to look after ourselves. Our mental wellbeing is a product of a lot of things: diet, exercise and socialising, to mention just a few.
