Tim Henry

Tim has been a specialist in the HR recruitment industry since July 2000. Having spent his early career in London with a specialist HR recruiter, he relocated to Sydney at the end of 2006 and joined Peoplecorp in 2011.


Tim’s expertise is on mid to senior level permanent appointments across a range of industries. He has a great network of senior HR professionals in both specialist and generalist areas of HR, and he utilises a range of recruitment methodologies dependant on the assignment.

Rachel Hay

Rachel has specialised in the recruitment of HR professionals (contract, interim and permanent) across a variety of industry sectors since 2008 and joined Peoplecorp in 2011.

Most recently working for a large blue chip multinational recruitment firm, she commenced her recruitment career in London as a contract specialist. Rachel initially worked for almost a decade in international logistics with large multinationals.

Margaret MacLennan

With a background in generalist Human Resources and Outplacement, Margaret has held specialist recruitment roles in large global organisations in Australia and the UK, managing the in-house Recruitment function for a large corporate organisation where she developed and implemented effective, workable recruitment strategies.

With her knowledge and experience of recruitment, outplacement and Human Resources, Margaret understands the realities of commercial business and the application of high standards for candidates and clients alike.

Andrew Price

Andrew comes from a career in Director level corporate human resources across Australia, Asia, Europe and North America. He has extensive experience partnering clients and HR Directors with practical solutions to their strategic and specific recruitment needs.

With a particular interest in OD, remuneration and the challenge of those 'difficult to fill' assignments, he has gained an enviable reputation for his business acumen and insightfulness, achieving excellent results for clients and candidates alike.

Jane Price

Resourcing and recruitment have always played a major part of the HR roles Jane has held, so she has first hand experience of the importance of getting it right.

'Poor resourcing has an obvious negative effect on a company, but it also damages the credibility of HR. HR people have to work hard for a good reputation, it can take years to achieve and only days to destroy'.

Jane likes to apply pragmatic yet creative and innovative resourcing solutions to match client needs.

Having now specialised in recruitment for many years, Jane has gained a reputation for the honesty of her advice, the quality of her placements and the integrity of her dealings with clients and candidates.
