Maree is one of Australia's most experienced senior HR professionals. Previous roles include EGM and VP level positions across a range of top Australian and globally listed companies, including Energy, IT, Pharmaceutical, Professional Services and Manufacturing.
Absolutely passionate about the contribution of HR to the business, and having managed highly successful HR functions herself here and in Europe, Maree is keen to ensure that HR has a positive and healthy future.

With a background in generalist Human Resources and Outplacement, Margaret has held specialist recruitment roles in large global organisations in Australia and the UK, managing the in-house Recruitment function for a large corporate organisation where she developed and implemented effective, workable recruitment strategies.
With her knowledge and experience of recruitment, outplacement and Human Resources, Margaret understands the realities of commercial business and the application of high standards for candidates and clients alike.

Andrew comes from a career in Director level corporate human resources across Australia, Asia, Europe and North America. He has extensive experience partnering clients and HR Directors with practical solutions to their strategic and specific recruitment needs.
With a particular interest in OD, remuneration and the challenge of those 'difficult to fill' assignments, he has gained an enviable reputation for his business acumen and insightfulness, achieving excellent results for clients and candidates alike.
