Operating nationally, this organisation currently requires a solid HR Business Partner to support a high touch client group. Reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible supporting a client group and have the opportunity to become a trusted advisor. This role will have a blend of strategic and operational responsibilities; you will develop and drive people initiatives as well as work as a true generalist with involvement in learning & development, recruitment, performance management and talent management. You will provide HR leadership with expert commercial advice, coaching and guidance on all HR related matters.
To be considered for this position you will be a solid HR Business Partner with the ability to build relationships at all levels. You must have experience of working in changing environments as well as a strong ability to work autonomously. if you have experience working within the health sector this will be highly beneficial.
