Our client is a luxury retail organisation embedded in the heart of the fashion industry. With offices around the globe and an evolving HR team, they are currently seeking an Internal Recruitment Specialist join them on a contract basis initially with the potential to go permanent.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment of all roles across the business. You will also be responsible for developing sourcing methodologies and initiatives aimed at attracting candidates and utilising the recruitment system to track all elements of the recruitment process. You will advise and guide line managers on recruitment strategies and maintain professional relationships across the business. You will be a trusted advisor to the business and have the opportunity to champion a range of HR projects.
The right candidate will have proven experience in either an internal or agency recruitment role. Experience in recruitment is essential and a passion for sourcing the best talent will come naturally to you. Overall, you will have strong stakeholder management skills, an excellent communication style and a drive to deliver. Experience in the retail industry is not essential but will be highly regarded.
