Your new organisation is a professional services firm, leading industry specialist in Australia. They are currently seeking an experience HR Manager to join the business in a standalone HR function, working across 70 members and partnering with the leadership team.
Reporting to the COO and transformation lead with two direct administrative reports. Your new role will provide generalist HR leadership and support across the business. Developing strong stakeholder relationships, whilst working collaboratively with the broader HR team to drive the people agenda and achieve business goals. The role is operational, hands on across projects, employee relations, policy management and learning and development. This is a highly involved and flat structured environment, with high performing culture. This business has a strong focus on it’s people and provides excellent benefits, including work flexibility.
To be considered for this role, you must be degree qualified in HR or related with 5+ years generalist HR experience within a professional services organisation, preferably within an operational role. Your strong consultative, client relationship management and influencing skills, along with your commercial acumen and flexible approach will be critical to your success in the role.
