Our client is a global business of c8000 employees with a small to medium size operation here in Australia. Predominantly the Australian workforce comprises of Sales and Marketing employees, with all manufacturing taking place off shore.
Reporting to the Area HR Manager based in Singapore, you will take the reigns for the Australian operation ensuring the business maintains the high standards set by head quarters and around the world. With responsibility for the full employee life cycle, you will be a hands on, operational, practical HRBP/Manager.
You will enjoy working with an element of ambiguity and using the resources available to you to provide real HR and business solutions. As such, you will be a relationship manager and someone who easily wins trust and fosters a culture of mutual respect and support for ones colleague at all levels. You will look for opportunities to improve current processes and be able influence stakeholders as to the value and return on investment for the HR initiatives you propose.
This role needs an out and out self starter who uses superior relationship skills to get the best from and for the business and in turn add maximum value from an HR perspective.
- Relevant experience supporting a sales based client group (5 years +)
- Full end to end generalist HR Business Partnership experience
- A proven track record of ‘wins’ through relationships
- A tertiary qualification is advantageous
