Our client is a global organisation who are seen to be a leader in their industry. With an exceptional employer brand and culture, they are looking for an Internal Recruitment Specialist to join their business and work from a site based in Enfield. This role is a permanent, full time role and parking is available on-site at Enfield. This is an outcomes driven role and you will be the master of your own diary!
Reporting to the General Manager of Recruitment, you will assist with the end to end recruitment of a high volume of roles mostly of blue collar and frontline employees. Key responsibilities will include the sourcing and interviewing of talent, anticipating requirements of all involved in the recruitment process, follow through of formal processes and ensuring that all relevant information is provided, updated and distributed as necessary to all involved in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with hiring managers to deliver their recruitment needs and manage relationships with across the business.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in either agency or internal recruitment and ideally you will have experience recruiting a high volume of roles. You must have excellent ability to manage a fast paced recruitment role with competing priorities, exceptional influencing skills with an ability to drive and deliver an internal talent function independently.
