Reporting directly to the HR Director of the business, you will be responsible for a range of generalist activities including end to end recruitment, coaching managers on all employee relation matters including performance management cases. You will provide advice and information to staff on policies including interpretation of awards and agreements. You will liaise with managers on all training and development requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to be involved with strategic projects and assist with the roll out of initiatives across the business.
To be successful in this position you need to be an experienced HR generalist with 3-5 years experience. You must be immediately available to be considered for this role.
