Our client, a well-established and esteemed professional services firm, is currently seeking a Senior HR Advisor with previous experience in a similar role, to join them in a long term capacity. With an enviable client base, the organisation boasts a progressive and supportive working environment.
You will be responsible for driving a client group of around 100 in a true generalist role. Working with the leadership team and a high number of senior stakeholders your areas of responsibility will include the development of the company’s culture, talent management, dealing with employee relations’ issues, as well as leading on senior level recruitment. You will be part of a wider HR team that is already well regarded by the business and has some exceptional functional experts. Working closely with them will ensure your ability to constantly get the best outcomes for your clients.
You must be degree qualified with proven capability and experience at a senior advisory level. You will need to be comfortable combining operational hands-on work with strategic projects. Previous experience of working in a small business would be highly regarded.
