Our client is a large, well known Australian organisation with a diverse workforce. This organisation offers a broad range of opportunities for employees to build on their skills and develop their careers and they are currently looking to grow their HR team by brining on a People & Culture Coordinator on a permanent, full time basis. This is an exciting, newly created role working with a highly respected Executive HR Director. The organisation has multiple sites across Sydney and this role will be based out of Port Botany and Randwick (parking available).
In this role, you will provide a range of HR and project support for two divisions within the organisation, People & Culture and Health & Safety. You will work closely with two Executive Directors and you will be joining at a time when a number of strategic people initiatives are being designed and rolled out across the organisation. This opportunity is a hands on, support role to a busy HR team of 8 with multiple requirements at any one time. You will be responsible for a range of generalist HR activities and you will also get involved with activities across the employee lifecycle, on boarding, employee relations, industrial relations and HR reporting.
To be successful in your application you will be degree qualified and have strong HR support skills with 1-2 years of experience. You will be motivated to work in a pressurised and fast moving environment and have the ability to deal with multiple priorities and demands with resilience and with a self starting approach.
