A leader in their field, this organisation is currently experiencing a period substantial growth and requires a HR Manager to oversee multiple client groups of around 350 employees. The team has a major focus on customer advocacy and a highly engaged workforce.
Reporting directly to the HR Director, this is very much a generalist position with an opportunity to contribute to the embedding of the HR strategy. A large component to this role will be to build and strengthen the capability of the business unit. There will also be opportunity to get involved with all HR Projects and contribute to the growth of the organisation. You will be required to establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and very much getting involved with talent management and succession planning.
To be successful in this position you will be a highly motivated and enthusiastic professional with around 5-6 years’ experience of working in a generalist capacity that involved building the capability of your employees. You must be available immediately to be considered for this role.
