Due an internal move, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Recruiter to join their collaborative and high performing recruitment team and deliver high quality end to end recruitment services.
Reporting to Head of Recruitment, your role will manage high volume and targeted recruitment assignments for a key client group across marketing, communications, IT and HR. You will consult and partner with leaders and HR teams, advise on selection techniques and develop and deliver attraction and sourcing strategies. You will also coach leaders on best practice recruitment and selection practices.
To be considered for this role, you must have significant recruitment experience at a senior stakeholder level, within either an internal or agency recruitment environment. Your strong interpersonal and influencing skills, ability to work autonomously and manage competing demands, along with your proactive and flexible approach will be critical your success.
